In Intermediate, we explore similar movement combinations that target all your major muscle groups. Similar to Beginner, there will be combinations of exercises that are done seated, using dumbbell weights and resistance bands. Standing variations will be included to strengthen and challenge balance. Each class begins with a gentle warm-up, moving into exercises that train and strengthen your body. We end the class with a series of mindful stretches to maintain and increase flexibility and range of motion.
